Late cancellation/ No show policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for YOU. A late cancellation or missed appointment financially hurts our practitioners. As such, we require 24 hours notice to any cancellations, or changes to your appointment. Client who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment- UNLESS another client is able to fill that appointment time.

We understand that things happen, we are all human. We will do our best to work with each and every client and their unique situation.
