We’re thrilled to announce a new chapter for our wellness space! Our practitioners are now running their own independent practices while continuing to operate under the same welcoming roof you know and love. This new model allows each practitioner to bring their unique approach to care, while we continue to provide the same high-quality, personalized treatments you’ve come to expect.
For now, you can continue booking your appointments through our current website as usual. Starting in May/June, each practitioner will have their own booking system—but don’t worry, your experience and care remain our top priority. We can’t wait to continue supporting your wellness journey in this exciting new way!
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for YOU. A late cancellation or missed appointment financially hurts our practitioners. As such, we require 24 hours notice to any cancellations, or changes to your appointment. Client who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment- UNLESS another client is able to fill that appointment time. We understand that things happen, we are all human. We will do our best to work with each and every client and their unique situation.
