Meet the practitioners

The Twisted Body Massage & Wellness

Hi, I’m Cheylene, a massage and wellness practitioner with over 13 years of experience helping people navigate pain, tension, and trauma. Over the years, my approach has evolved—I specialize in complicated cases, combining therapeutic deep tissue work with intuitive, personalized treatments that honor both the body and mind.

Beyond hands-on work, I’m passionate about guiding people toward healing in other ways. I created The Deep Healing Method, a YouTube and Spotify channel where I share guided meditations that incorporate somatic tracking and pain reprocessing therapy—tools I’ve developed and recorded myself to help support your journey to wellness wherever you are.

I believe that deep healing happens when we address the whole person—body, mind, and nervous system. My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward greater health and balance.

Northern Calm Massage Therapy

Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist trained in relaxation and deep tissue massage. I take an intentional, client-centered approach, adapting each session to support your individual goals. My treatments may incorporate deeper therapeutic and myofascial techniques based on your needs and my professional training.

I’ve been practicing in Fort McMurray since 2025. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, creating art, and spending time with my family and pets. I look forward to providing a calm, supportive space where you can fully relax and restore.
