Trauma Therapy

Chloe Beedham, BA, BSW, MSW, TITC-CT, RSW

(She/Her)

Chloe is a down-to-earth therapist, dedicated to compassionately guiding people through the aftermath of recent, historical, and long-term trauma. She completed her Master of Social Work degree at McGill University, and has been a Trauma Therapist for over a decade. Chloe specializes in supporting adults in overcoming the impacts of child abuse and neglect, sexual trauma, and unhealthy relationships.

Grounded in cutting-edge brain science, Chloe uses approaches that target where trauma is held in the mind and body. Her toolkit includes modalities like Brainspotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Natural Processing. These approaches help clients process stuck emotions, sensations, and survival energy that often show up as bothersome symptoms.

Chloe believes many symptoms begin as helpful responses to challenging experiences. She often supports clients in resolving symptoms like anxiety, anger, emotional overwhelm, flashbacks, nightmares, sleep challenges, difficulty staying present, and low self-esteem. Chloe believes empowered boundaries naturally develop once past boundary wounds are processed with care. Her somatic approach moves past basic communication skills, helping clients feel more secure and connected in their relationships and lives.

Ready to enter your healing era? Chloe will be accepting new clients soon. We’ll update you once her schedule is live!
